Return Period

Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
• All return and exchange requests are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
• Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
• In cases of damage or leakage, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return and exchange.

Important Notes

• If the cellophane, testers, or box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond its original condition, small charges may apply.
• For perfumes:
  • A small fee applies if up to 10% of the perfume has been used.
  • No charges apply for negligible usage.
  • If more than 10% of the product has been used, the return is not eligible.
